Our standard warranty period is 24 months, with our "All Inclusive" formula keeping the exception of any customs clearance costs related to the warranty parts shipped and the local costs (meals, transport and accommodation) of our technicians, for technical interventions on site. We also have a warranty extension of up to 48 months available for our Clients.
We are developing the Alpha Connect system with 3P remote assistance (Predictive - Preventive - Problem Solving) to be able to offer clients a 360 degrees service.
All our machines include a remote accessibility for technical support, free of charge during warranty period.
