The new machine designed and built by AlphaMAC covers a wide range of applications, from generic single-layer cans in high density polyethylene, to multilayer containers with the use of recycled and regrind material and certified cans for dangerous goods, in high molecular weight powdered resin, produced with a specific extrusion screw and with radial thickness control.
The quality control stations integrated inside the machine check the conformity of each single product and ensure a ZERO DEFECT production.
